United Trust Bank (UTB) has promoted David Masters to the role of associate director – intermediaries inside its property improvement division.
Masters has labored in the actual property finance trade since 2017 with lenders together with Hampshire Trust and Oblix Capital.
He joined United Trust Bank in 2022 as a supervisor within the property improvement division working with housebuilders and introducers working throughout the Midlands and supporting their actions with a spread of bespoke property improvement finance options.
He will work alongside the property improvement relationship tea.
