Barclays UK has hired Roland McCormack as its head of mortgage intermediaries.
The newly-created position is a senior management place and McCormack shall be answerable for main Barclays’ intermediary channel technique.
He will assume his place on 1 July and report immediately to Lee Chiswell, head of mortgages, as a part of a refreshed management construction designed to strengthen Barclays’ intermediary presence and market share.
McCormack brings over 30 years’ expertise within the sector, most not too long ago holding senior management roles at TSB Bank the place, as mortgage distribution director, he constructed TSB’s intermediary proposition from the bottom up.
