Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has confirmed the appointment of Liam Mullans as lending director for London and the South in its improvement finance division.
Mullans brings vast expertise in structuring residential and business improvement funding, having held senior roles throughout each financial institution and non-bank lenders.
He will deal with supporting SME builders and intermediaries throughout the capital and the South of England, offering funding for residential schemes, business conversions and mixed-use initiatives.
Commenting on his new role, Mullans stated:“I’m excited to be becoming a member of HTB’s Development Finance staff. Developers immediately face a variety of challenges, from planning delays to wider market uncertainty, and so they want funding companions who take a practical, relationship-led strategy.”
