Welsh-based dealer First Mortgage Solutions has purchased Jim Kelly Mortgage Services, a rival mortgage advisory agency serving purchasers throughout North Wales.
First Mortgage Solutions says the dealer will function below its model, including that the brand new addition’s purchasers can be “supported by the broader sources and experience of their crew”.
It provides that the acquisition, for an undisclosed payment, is a part of the Neath-based agency’s “ongoing progress technique and strengthens its presence in North Wales”.
The buy additionally sees founder Jim Kelly (pictured) retire from the enterprise he based nearly 30 years in the past.
