Aldermore has employed Azfar Rizvi as head of commercial real property as half of its enterprise finance management workforce.
The lender says Rizvi will be answerable for creating the financial institution’s proposition for builders, institutional buyers and owner-occupiers throughout each residential and commercial sectors.
It provides that he may even “concentrate on offering versatile, relationship-led finance options throughout sectors and deal varieties, supporting Aldermore’s ambitions to develop its presence within the UK property market”.
Rizvi joins from NatWest, the place he labored for over 9 years, leaving as a regional director for real property.
