Specialist property finance brokerage Word On The Street has appointed Ben Hartley as its first mortgage dealer.
It says Hartley (pictured) will work below the banner of the agency, “benefitting from its infrastructure and expertise”.
The brokerage was launched in 2022 and focuses on landlord and industrial mortgages as effectively as bridging, growth and public sale finance.
It provides that it’s also “set to open its doorways to property finance introducers”.
