Quantum Mortgages has employed two enterprise growth managers who will cowl the North of England and the Midlands.
The broker-only lender says Nik Sukara (pictured), who covers the North of England, has “a robust observe document in specialist lending”, having beforehand held senior enterprise growth supervisor roles at Bluestone Mortgages and Livemore.
Lichelle Samra, who takes the Midlands as her patch, will deal with supporting brokers with abroad purchasers and advising on complicated buy-to-let circumstances. She has beforehand labored at Catalyst, NatWest, MPowered Mortgages, and Prosperity Wealth.
Both hires will be a part of nationwide account managers Paul Ormonde and Zouhair Mihramane within the gross sales division, led by chief business officer Harsha Dahyea.
