Pepper Advantage is ready to purchase Computershare’s UK mortgage servicing enterprise for an undisclosed sum.
Under the deal, which is pending approval by regulators, the belongings managed by Pepper Advantage within the UK will enhance to round £50bn.
The takeover of Computershare’s mortgage servicing enterprise will embrace its Topaz Finance and Zephyr lending arms.
Pepper Advantage plans to migrate its complete UK asset base, together with the servicing of shopper, residential mortgage and business loans onto its proprietary PRISM platform.
The firm says this growth will enable it to profit from economies of scale when it comes to servicing and automation, in addition to the power to draw insights from a much bigger knowledge set.
