Pepper Advantage is about to accumulate Computershare’s UK mortgage servicing business for an undisclosed sum.
Under the deal, which is pending approval by regulators, the property managed by Pepper Advantage within the UK will improve to round £50bn.
The takeover of Computershare’s mortgage servicing business will embrace its Topaz Finance and Zephyr lending arms.
Pepper Advantage plans emigrate its whole UK asset base, together with the servicing of client, residential mortgage and business loans onto its proprietary PRISM platform.
The firm says this growth will enable it to profit from economies of scale in relation to servicing and automation, in addition to the power to attract insights from an even bigger information set.
