Following the profitable launch of the Mortgage Strategy Run Club in London, Mortgage Strategy — in affiliation with the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter (MIMHC) — is proud to announce the launch of its Northern Chapter in Manchester.
The new chapter shall be led by Matt Horton, Head of Marketing at Black & White Bridging, who shares the membership’s perception that common motion, connection, and open dialog are important to making a more healthy, extra human mortgage business.
First Northern Run is on Thursday 7 November 2025. Time: 12.30pm with the assembly level outdoors the Oast House in Spinningfields, M3 3AY.
The quiet 5k route will take the runners alongside the canal and into media metropolis, after which again…adopted by espresso and casual dialog.
As with the unique London meet-up, the format is straightforward and inclusive: no stress, no tempo — only a constant house for folks from throughout the business to maneuver, breathe, and construct actual group, one step at a time on the primary Thursday of each month.
