Sancus Lending UK has established a social housing division, with the appointment of Alex Bodie as social housing director.
Bodie joins with over 25 years of expertise in monetary companies, together with senior roles in client and company lending.
He brings experience in social housing and a powerful perception in finance as a device for good.
Previously, he launched and led a devoted social housing lending division, serving to to fund secure and safe houses for weak individuals throughout the UK.
Based in Sancus’ Manchester workplace, Bodie will lead the enterprise’s social housing efforts throughout England.
