Leeds Building Society chief govt Richard Fearon will briefly step down from the mutual as his family prepares to have a child.
Fearon will likely be changed by interim chief govt Annette Barnes, topic to regulatory approval.
Barnes is the agency’s senior impartial director and has served on the board since 2019.
